I want to thank BelleFín Productions for making our wedding day experience better than I could of ever imagined! I did not have a nervous bone in my body because of how detail oriented and organized Jessica was! It was by fate that I first heard of BelleFín Productions from a co-worker who raved about her services. From the moment we met, I knew I was in capable and intelligent hands! Jessica was our day of planner but was there for me the whole year of planning! BelleFín Productions services provided me with the direction and confidence to trust my instinct with wedding design while at the same time organizing my priorities. Every email, text, call, and general question or concern was answered promptly and professionally. Jessica helped Tommy and I stay on track of time while reminding us to soak in the moment!

One of my favorite memories from the wedding was when Jessica brought the wedding cake to Tommy and I to try. We were talking with everyone and forgot to eat the cake! It was so thoughtful of her to bring the cake out to us and demonstrated how she never missed a detail! How BelleFín Productions handled the event made our day run so smoothly! Tommy and I heard from multiple people that our wedding was one of the best weddings they have been too. The energy was so happy and relaxed the whole event. Having the ceremony at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in University City and reception at Cedar Creek Resort in New Heaven was no easy feat! Jessica with Belle Fín Productions is amazing. She is incredibly talented at what she does. I used her services as a day-of-coordinator, basically helping make last-minute follow-ups with vendors then making the timeline for the day and being there to make sure all runs smoothly. Being a detail-oriented person and working in events myself, I knew I had to have someone I trusted to run my special day so I could actually sit back and enjoy it.

I cannot describe how thankful I was to have her. I was a bride that had a lot I wanted to do, and she helped make sure we stayed on time and every detail was fulfilled throughout the day. A few weeks before the wedding, we sat down to make the timeline down to the detail including who was handling what tasks throughout the day and what vendors needed paid when. She handled it all so my family nor I had to worry about doing it. I would not trust anyone else.

My wife and I used Belle Fín in November for our wedding and Jessica was great. Jessica was able to understand our families’ needs and keep everyone organized. I pride myself on being ready for anything however on the day of the wedding I was unable to see my wife and to assist in the planning, nor would I would have known what to do. Jessica was the answer to my prayers as she was on top of everything. She was able to coordinate the vendors, relax the bride/bridesmaids, and organize rowdy groomsman all at once.

Jessica had excellent foresight (did I mention all of the ambiguous details, because there are a lot) and even carried a sewing kit in her trunk! Jessica was our Wedding Day Coordinator in July. She did a fantastic job of making our special day as stress-free as possible!  She helped set-up the reception hall the night before, and she received our delivered cake and our DJ the morning of the wedding. She also kept up her upbeat, confident attitude the entire day, which really helped us feel relaxed so we could enjoy our Big Day.
